David M. Sinutko

I could write a 7 paragraph review here but I’ll keep it short. David was outstanding. I am thrilled with the outcome of what he was able to do for me, I just wish I would have known about him sooner. I’ve been in the system for about 5 years, for something I shouldn’t have even been charged with.... I took the fall for a family business and went through 5 years of hell with horrible representation. I was referred to David after finding out my probation had been extended for another year, after being on it for 2 years already. Mind you, I did absolutely nothing for it to be extended, probation officer just said I still owe restitution so she’s going to extend it for another year. I contacted David and told him the situation. 4 days after contacting him I am now sitting here off of probation and doing all the fun activities that come along with being on probation. For the first time in 5 years I feel like I have my life back and it’s all thanks to David. I hope I will never have to hire him again but if I need representation, he will be my one and only call. I will refer everyone I know to him with extreme confidence. I cannot say enough good things about him and his team. Just an all around awesome group of people!!

I have only one phrase for Mr. Sinutko; as Tina Turner said "He simply the best, better than all the rest" Yes, He took a very difficult criminal case involving my son, who had some serious charges of attempted home invasion, and turned it around to work out in our favor. My son had a serious drug pr...oblem, which led to these charges. However, Mr. Sinutko didn't judge us, but took the case and promised to give it his all, and he did. He did it with patience, aggressiveness' and the ability to negotiate with the prosecutor right up until the judge made his final decision. It was a job well done. I would highly recommend this lawyer to my friends, family and anyone who was looking for an outstanding lawyer and a proven winner. He's that good!

In 2011 I had made a mistake that should have put me in jail for for a least a year, and if this had happened my life would had been ruined, because I would have not been able to pursue my future career in Law enforcement. However, I was introuduced to Daid Sinutko, and all of a sudden, there was sti...ll hope. Mr Sinutko, was not only able to keep me out of jail, he was able to make all the charges disappear, and have them replaced with a minor traffic ticket. Thanks to all his hard work, I was able to pursue a future in Law Enforcement. I am writting this review now, because my dream did come true, thanks to the long hours and hard work of David Sinutko.

He never kept his client informed of anything and did no work on the cases. Mr Sinutko had his client turn himself in unprepared and promised he would keep him out of jail upon turning himself in, the client was arrested and put in county jail. Mr Sinutko did not inform his client of anything that wa...s going on and didn't go visit his client until 1 day before the court date for 20 minutes, after the client sat in jail for over 2 weeks. Mr Sinutko charged a very large fee promising great results, good attorneys know better than to ever make a promise to a client. Mr Sinutko didn't keep the family informed either, and after a family member contacted him for information on the loved one sitting in county jail he called this family member screaming at them about how he hates texting and doesn't have to keep anyone informed. He showed up late to every court appearance and was playing on his phone the entire time, he didn't once speak to the client after the judge made his ruling nor did he even bother to explain anything to the client. Mr Sinutko is beyond unprofessional and cares more about socializing with other attorneys and court employees than he does representing his client. He made himself unable to be reached from his client so his client couldn't get a hold of him to fire him quickly and Mr Sinutko purposely ran cases longer than they needed to be just to cover his two appearances he charged for per case. Now the client is left with no representation when he does finally get out of county jail and now the client has no money left to hire new counsel. I honestly do not know how he even sleeps at night and he has a temper and loses it when challenged or told he is not doing his job.
