Biography
Tracey A. Kane is a 2004 graduate of the University of Michigan where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Ms. Kane earned her Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School and was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2007. Since 2008 Ms. Kane has practiced exclusively in the area of domestic relations law in Oakland, Wayne, Macomb and Washtenaw counties. Ms. Kane is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Association. During her career, she has tried multiple cases involving issues including, but not limited to, child custody, parenting time, child support, change of domicile, property division, debts and alimony/spousal support. She has successfully argued before the Court of Appeals, resulting in the case being reversed and remanded to the Circuit Court.
