Exceptional Experience

I cannot recommend Craig S. Romanzi highly enough. From the very first interaction, Craig demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, knowledge, and dedication that immediately put me at ease. He took the time to truly listen, explain every step of the process clearly, and ensure I felt inf...ormed and confident throughout my case. Craig is not only extremely skilled and strategic, but he is also compassionate and genuinely cares about his clients. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to anticipate issues before they arise set him apart from other attorneys. I always felt that my case was a priority and that I had an advocate who was fully invested in achieving the best possible outcome. If you are looking for an attorney who is honest, trustworthy, highly experienced, and who will fight for you while treating you with respect and integrity, Craig S. Romanzi is the one to call. I am incredibly grateful for his guidance and representation and would recommend him without hesitation

Highly recommend

I am incredibly grateful for Attorney Craig Romanzi and the support he has provided to my son over the past few months. Navigating legal issues as a parent is extremely stressful, but Craig was consistently supportive, kind, and patient every step of the way. He took the time to clearly explain th...e entire process—not only to my son, but to me as well—so we always understood what was happening and what to expect. Craig was compassionate, responsive, and truly cared about my son’s well-being and future, not just the case itself. That level of professionalism combined with genuine empathy is rare. Throughout a very difficult time, Craig remained steady, reassuring, and dedicated. Knowing my son had an attorney who was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fully invested made all the difference. I would highly recommend Craig Romanzi to anyone in need of legal representation. He has been nothing short of amazing.

If you need help, do not hire him, he never spoke to me

I had an MVA years ago and was suggested to go to a certain brain injury rehab. The rehab introduced me to Mr. Romanzi for my attorney. I used to work in the law field and know he is NOT to talk to doctors with a lien before talking to ME ... his CLIENT.. I never knew what was going on, he never retu...rned my calls and in an email, he told me he was not going to damage his association with this rehab for my case. The person who owned the rehab was going to "fire" Mr. Romanzi if he didn't speak to him re my case. Because of his not speaking with me to find out about a physical therapy I had, I lost my medical coverage from the accident - and I had a Lot of injuries. I could go on and on, just do yourself a favor, if you want an attorney who will fight for YOU and not the rehab's and his pockets, find yourself a better attorney.

I have read and re-read this review many times. I am not able to identify your case from the information you provided. While it is impossible to meet the expectations of every client, I try to do my best to manage those expectations by explaining the mechanisms at play in each specific area of law. I invite you to contact me directly to discuss the outcome of your case personally. From what I can glean from your post, it appears you were involved in a car accident and suffered a traumatic brain injury. This necessarily triggers your ability to make a claim for no-fault benefits. No-fault benefits, by design, are intended to provide you with reimbursement of certain financial losses and payment of all reasonable charges for reasonably necessary expenses related to your care, recovery or rehabilitation of accident related injuries. The no-fault act is not intended to compensate you for your injuries. You must sue an at fault driver to be compensated for the value of your injury. Despite efforts to explain the distinct claims and the separate potential for recovery under each claim, clients sometimes do not understand why their insurance company is not compensating them for their injury and the medical providers who provided care, treatment and services without payment get paid out of your settlement proceeds. The reason is that, in those circumstances, you already were compensated through the services you received. In a no-fault claim, the categories of benefits and to whom they should be paid are very clear. There are only limited categories of benefits which are payable to the injured person. With respect to your claim that you "lost" your medical benefits, there are only a few ways to "lose" the medical benefits available under the no-fault act. You can settle your claim and agree to waive your right to seek future benefits. You can lose at trial, but you will only lose benefits IF the jury finds that you were not injured in the accident. Lastly, if the insurance company wins a motion to void your policy based upon a provision that allows it to void the policy if any portion of the claim is found to be fraudulent. I have never lost a trial where the jury determined that my client was not injured in the accident. I have never had a court dismiss a case based upon the insurance company's argument that my client's claim was fraudulent. I have settled cases where the client agrees to waive the right to future benefits, however this occurs only after a long discussion with the client and the client signing a Settlement and Release stating that the right to seek future benefits is waived. Lastly, you are mistaken in your claim that an attorney is prohibited from speaking with a treating healthcare professional without speaking to the client first. All clients sign a HIPAA compliant authorization which permits the disclosure of protected health information and communication. That's all that is required. Moreover, it is typically a good thing for the plaintiff attorney to communicate with the treating professionals so that the attorney has a better understanding of the client's injuries and treatment. Again, I invite you to discuss your review with me personally in further detail. Thank-you.

HIRE THIS MAN!!!!

I suffered a closed head injury as part of a car accident. My life and the lives of my family will never be the same. I was with another attorney and they wanted me to settle for 35k. I wasn't happy with that and found Craig. He was always on top of everything. He or someone from his staff would call... just to check in on me. He was always available for me to text or email since I have a hard time talking. He seems to know all the ins and outs of the law. He's smart without being arrogant. He is warm in person but a pit bull when he was defending me against those jerk insurance doctors. I felt protected and he got me a MUCH bigger number than that first yahoo wanted me to take! Thank you Craig! You're the best!
