The State of Michigan issued a Redetermination on my PUA claim and indicated I did not qualify for PUA benefits. The state also sent me a letter indicating that I owed all of the money they had previously paid me back. To qualify for benefits and then to be told that you don’t is very stressful and ...a huge burden. I protested my redetermination and was granted a hearing. Don’t try and take this on by yourself! Hire a professional that is well versed in employment law. I consulted with Seth and he said he thought I had a case. We went to trial and we prevailed. I couldn’t have been successful without him. He’s a great attorney that knows the law and his flat fee structure was reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone having Unemployment or PUA related issues.

I spent about 4 days trying to find an attorney to respond to my inquiries. Seth responded within the same day and gave me an overview of his thoughts my severance package.
