The State of Michigan issued a Redetermination on my PUA claim and indicated I did not qualify for PUA benefits. The state also sent me a letter indicating that I owed all of the money they had previously paid me back. To qualify for benefits and then to be told that you don’t is very stressful and ...a huge burden. I protested my redetermination and was granted a hearing. Don’t try and take this on by yourself!
