Kevin F. O'Shea

I have enjoyed a variety of professional and personal experiences that have taken me beyond (and even away) from the practice of law over the past 25 years. I have built strong connections with the nonprofit sector and I continue to sit on several nonprofit boards. I also have continued to remain active in the parenting education community. All of this has taught me the overriding importance of personal relationships in addressing challenges of all kinds: knowing the right people and putting together an effective team are absolutely essential in any arena. At The Miller Law Firm I work with a unique and talented group of attorneys, many of whom left large firms seeking greater flexibility to better serve their clients. I believe that smaller is often better, especially when it comes to litigation. Without a firm hand on the wheel, too often litigation costs can get out of control and attorneys can miss opportunities to settle (or win) cases and instead end up spending years struggling to an imperfect result.
