One of the few remaining great, trustworthy, hard working and loyal attorney's.

This is one of very few attorney's in existence today who actually has a heart and cares about his clients. I've worked with several attorney's in my life. When I even hear the word "attorney" I cringe a little bit and to be honest, I was prepared to have my skin crawl with Bill like all the others.... But my experience was quite different with him. He spent almost 4 hours with me at our initial consultation making sure I was properly informed about every potential pro and con in regards to my lawsuit. He was honest with me and I never once felt as if he was going to take advantage of me financially. Although it costed a lot of money during the litigation process, it ended up paying off in the end. Don't expect for things to happen overnight and Bill is a busy man. You might deal with his associate often, but she is just as informed, knowledgeable and compassionate as Bill. To conclude, if you are looking for an incredible lawyer for your litigation needs, look no further!

Your worst nightmare !

This guy got a hefty retainer from me ($25,000 +) and then suddenly postured that we were adversarial, which was a flat-out lie, and he did it to slip out of the case. I then found out that the fine print in our contract, which he had cleverly drafted, allowed him to keep the retainer !!! It was h...orrific. How often must he have done this to others ? This guy will be your worst nightmare !
