Bad experience
Marc represented me in a contract dispute. He chaired high fees and pushed the envelope when settlement was on the table 3 times. He recommended to turn down settlements. We ended up in mediation and I had to settle for half of what the very first settlement offer was. Meanwhile, my attorney fees...
