After twelve years as an assistant prosecutor with the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office, the last seven years working as a Major Crimes Prosecutor, I left the office and went into private practice. I spent two years running my own firm, law Offices of Mark S. Bilkovic, and from 2006-2011, I worked at Fried Saperstein Abbatt in Southfield where I was the head of the criminal litagation section.
In May of 2011, I along with Deanna Kelley, Steven Vitale and Doraid Markus, formed the firm Kelley Bilkovic Markus Vitale. My firm concentrates primarily in the area of criminal defense and we practice throughout Michigan. Our firm has established an excellent representation as tough negotiators outside the courtroom and tenacious litigators in the courtroom. We offer free consultations and with over 70 years of combined experince, we can handle any criminal case that comes our way.

Mark was instrumental in getting the PPO, which was already scheduled for a hearing, dropp...

Excellent representation during a difficult time
Mark represented me on some very serious charges, in a very difficult case. I had been a "model citizen" for my entire life, and now in my 40's I was wrongfully accused and overcharged by the prosecutor. Mark provided an aggressive defense, as well as an honest real life look into the realities of ...

"It has been an honor to work with Mark for the past 19 years. I watched Mark grow from a sharp, eager new attorney into an accomplished, confident and remarkable orator. Because he has worked on tens of thousands of criminal cases, he has expansive experience. Mark is one of the few attorneys whose research and writing skills are as excellent as his courtroom skills.
