Absolutely horrendous law firm that will promise you come first but will leaving you hanging at the end. They over charged and under delivered and put their own interests first. You can do much better with other law firms. Avoid Kirsch-Daskas at all costs! She will take your money and leave you hangi...ng!

I went to meet Lisa for a consultation to see if she would be a good fit to represent my son in a school matter. I was left waiting for close to an hour, Lisa did not even come out to introduce herself or apologize that she will be a bit longer and when she did come in she was cold and rude for the ...onset. When trying to explain my position and why I wanted legal representation she cut me off without letting me finished and continually attacked anything I said. Not even 15 minutes in to our consultation Lisa said to me “you seem to have your mind made up in the outcome you want” yes, isn’t that why most hire a lawyer as they feel they are legally entitled to a specific outcome? When I agreed that I did feel I believed a had a legal claim to a specific outcome and that’s why I was seeking a lawyer she said “well if that’s your position this firm can’t work with you”, stood up and walked out (after she charged my credit card $175!) To be honest I was very uncomfortable from the moment she walked in and didn’t feel she was an appropriate fit, there was no attempt at connecting or understanding a potential clients stance and position. If I didn’t have a legal claim, I would have expected her to Inform me she didn’t feel there was enough of a case to pursue this which she didn’t even say as I believe I do have a legal claim. I have never encountered anyone so rude, unprofessional and derogatory in both my professional or personal life. I was in complete shock in Lisa’s demeanor. I have had many dealings with lawyers over the years for various reasons and I have always found my lawyer to be my ally, supportive and understanding. This is encounter with Lisa was shocking and horrifying. I’m not sure how she is still in practice as I can’t imagine how anyone would be comfortable using her. A lawyer is meant to fight for their client and be interested in hearing the potential clients perspective not attacking them. Sure lawyers have a duty to inform if there is a valid argument according to the law but to do so in a professional manner. Again Lisa didn’t even say there wasn’t a valid legal claim she was just argumentative, rude and then said if I came to knowing the outcome I want she won’t represent me. I’m grateful she said that and spared me any more pain, being in that meeting was extremely uncomfortable, but I am not rude so decided to get through it and be fair and see if she could be a valuable advocate for us. But to say she won’t represent someone who wants a specific outcome is just mind boggling to me, doesn’t anyone who seeks to retain legal counsel to represent them do so for a specific cause knowing what they would like the outcome to be and why they feel they should turn to legal representation? The entire encounter from beginning to end was absolutely horrific and I still can’t believe she’s truly an attorney, never have I seen an attorney act in the manner she did not even when I had encounters with opposing counsel. This was just bizarre
