Education: Central Michigan University (B.S., cum laude, 1983); Thomas M. Cooley Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1987). Graduate, Mt. Pleasant Area Leadership Institute(1997). Former Adjunct Professor, Business Law and Regulation Department, Central Michigan University.
