M Y was attentive and responsive in the beginning of the case as a we got into a year of the case I started to notice how during trial she really wasn't making sure the proper questions was being asked nor did I feel heard. Ms. Yancy failed to file a complete motion in my case including a brief which caused for the court to return my motion and cancel my hearing. Ms. Yancy was not responsive and did not keep me informed of my case proceedings.
