M Y was attentive and responsive in the beginning of the case as a we got into a year of the case I started to notice how during trial she really wasn't making sure the proper questions was being asked nor did I feel heard. She got very disrespectful within the second year ignoring my calls, not text...ing back, she even got rude and very unprofessional upon my trying to make an appointment to discuss the case BEfore trial not to mention she had been paid in full. I will say she was affordable and did return the last payment I sent because we parted ways.

Atty Yancy has been very helpful in a visitation issue my husband had with his ex-wife. She gave us realistic expectations and always followed through timely. Mary Yancy will not return my phone calls or emails. I paid her to do a QDRO following my divorce. The divorce decree stated it should take no longer than 6 months. It has been over a year and I am still waiting with no communication from her. I have filed a grievance with the Attorney Grievance Comm...ission.
