When a lawyer represents a lawyer

Jennifer Pernas has specifically helped me in a number of complex immigration matters. Her research and writing are excellent. She really cares and is very creative. She helped me on a problematic H-1B /LCA issue; PERM audits; a NOIR on an L-1A, and several other matters.

Knowledgeable about the constant changes

Handles complex cases and stays up to date with the changes at USCIS and the embassy. Covid19 shut things down, but Jennifer kept me updated.

Jennifer Pernas is a great lawyer she help me with my case to get full legal physical custody of my daughter , she was abused by her mother but Mrs Pernas help us and I won so I would like to say thank you Mrs Pernas for your help.
