Joshua Moore was very personable, carrying and understanding on every encounter. He helped calm me down when I would freak out over the wait time... It was extremely difficult to go thru the wait while in such need and not able to work. His staff/ personal assistant was very helpful and spent countle...ss times reassuring me that everything was going as could be expected. Joshua was knowledgeable and confident and didn't let anything slip thru the cracks! I received a favorable judgement and would highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for an excellent disability attorney. I would have given him 5 stars but I want future clients to keep in mind that nothing is perfect.

I was not informed on a regular basis and had to call for updates, and often couldn't reach anyone. The day of my hearing, Josh did not show up and sent another attorney who knew nothing about my case. Also, they did not have the majority of my medical records, which delayed the outcome of my case f...or eight months. They obviously did not record the information I gave them about the ongoing medical treatment.

My daughter is Bi-polar with extreme anxiety, we had a different lawyer and you could tell they were only in it for the money, they wouldn't help us with any of the paperwork keep putting us off to the point where my daughter said to me "mom, i wonder how many people kill then self waiting to get thr...ough this process. (they help you apply for health care and a therapist) so i got Josh's number from a friend. Josh and his team did more for us in 2 weeks then the other lawyer did in 2 months.
