Best I could ask for

It took seven years to fight with Social Security against the most obstinate ALJ in the most negative region in the midwest. Josh would not quit. He came on board after my submission was first denied on my first hearing. He filed the appeal which was denied. He filed a lawsuit in Federal Court ...which we won and resulted in a second hearing where I was denied. He filed an appeal on the second denial and we won. This is the short version of the story. Throughout he never hesitated to return my calls and "hold my hand". Mr. Moore and his staff were always professional, proficient and pleasant. I cannot say enough good things about him. If you are fighting with SS hire Josh. He really cares and will really work for you.

Yes he calls back but never calls you...

A yr and 5 months in federal court! I asked Joshua how long it would be he said a yr but to find out tht isnt the case! I had to call him after a yr and five months what was going on well I lost but never got a call from him or anyone else for that matter! When On the phone with him I said why didn'...t anyone call me he said " We just got it back and I was in Alabama" I'm thinking today a Friday I call and you just get it back and I lost but you was in Alabama! I think he never cared! When I went to court he sent a lady that didnt know my case and was so late they was going to call for a new court hearing! Very upset and learned that if you want to win don't get a lawyer who gets paid after you win!!!!

While it is very disappointing getting a decision back that you are unhappy with, our attorneys are the few that go to federal court. A lot of work and money goes into a federal court case by our attorneys. Also, we get no money if we do not win either. We go to federal court, because it's the right thing to do and while I understand your disappointment the review is simply not fair. We had only had your decision back for a couple days and I told you I wanted to review it before calling you as I was in Alabama. Also, you did win a partially favorable case. You were not in federal court for 5 years, it was under a year. I'm very sorry it was not successful.

I agree - are you kidding?

I was not informed on a regular basis and had to call for updates, and often couldn't reach anyone. The day of my hearing, Josh did not show up and sent another attorney who knew nothing about my case. Also, they did not have the majority of my medical records, which delayed the outcome of my case f...or eight months. They obviously did not record the information I gave them about the ongoing medical treatment.

First, I always give every client my cell phone number! 313 673 5472 AND I return every call, every day. If you decision did not come in for eight months that would not have been our firm's fault it would have been the ALJ. We make every attempt to get the medical records, as there is a five day rule within Social Security and there must be good reasons why the medical is not in or Social Security will not accept the evidence. Of course, I can not personally attend every hearing, we have 5 attorneys who regular attend hearings. I would encourage you to call and discuss your case with me on my cell. I return ALL calls within 24 hours.

Josh is and excellent disability lawyer

My daughter is Bi-polar with extreme anxiety, we had a different lawyer and you could tell they were only in it for the money, they wouldn't help us with any of the paperwork keep putting us off to the point where my daughter said to me "mom, i wonder how many people kill then self waiting to get thr...ough this process. (they help you apply for health care and a therapist) so i got Josh's number from a friend. Josh and his team did more for us in 2 weeks then the other lawyer did in 2 months.

You're kidding, right?

Joshua Moore, did NOTHING and did not inform me of anything having to do with my case. I only found out that I had appealed, when I received a denial. I had new evidence, but no one ever asked me about my condition.
