It took seven years to fight with Social Security against the most obstinate ALJ in the most negative region in the midwest. Josh would not quit. He came on board after my submission was first denied on my first hearing. He filed the appeal which was denied. He filed a lawsuit in Federal Court ...which we won and resulted in a second hearing where I was denied. He filed an appeal on the second denial and we won. This is the short version of the story. Throughout he never hesitated to return my calls and "hold my hand". Mr. Moore and his staff were always professional, proficient and pleasant. I cannot say enough good things about him. If you are fighting with SS hire Josh. He really cares and will really work for you.

A yr and 5 months in federal court! I asked Joshua how long it would be he said a yr but to find out tht isnt the case! I had to call him after a yr and five months what was going on well I lost but never got a call from him or anyone else for that matter! When On the phone with him I said why didn'...t anyone call me he said " We just got it back and I was in Alabama" I'm thinking today a Friday I call and you just get it back and I lost but you was in Alabama! I think he never cared! When I went to court he sent a lady that didnt know my case and was so late they was going to call for a new court hearing! Very upset and learned that if you want to win don't get a lawyer who gets paid after you win!!!!
