I can't say enough about Mr. Herron's knowledge of the law. We had a very detailed conversation about Attorney/client expectations and I'm very happy with his performance so far. My case is not done yet but Mr. Herron is a very confident attorney and I trust him to bring to me a well thought out plan....

Jeff Herron was highly dissapointing in representing me. I did not know attorney's like him existed. Jeff took my money and locked me up in a contract and then did nothing of worth. Just like a contractor that gets your money, puts his tools and supplies in your house and moves on to the next custome...r. Jeff is a likeable guy but it's very questionable if you like the end results or if and when you get to the end of the legal process. There's one thing for sure however count on getting endless chit chat and countless lame excuses.

My experience is very close to the 1st reviewer of attorney Jeff Herron. My advice is stay away! Mr. Herron does not work well with deadlines and will keep you on an emotional roller coaster with his lack of follow through with all parties involved. Mr. Herron will wait to the last minute possible to... give your case the attention it deserves. Mr. Herron will relay to you his opponent's view in a way that makes you wonder if he has been negatively influenced in some way. Mr. Herron appears to be able to focus on one case at a time, he cannot walk and chew gum at the same time.

Jeff Herron is a one man show , his communication skills with clients ( and I can only speak from my experience with him) are poor at best . I never thought that I would hear lame excuses from a mature person much less a professional attorney for not returning my calls as I have heard from him , " ...my cell phone died " my address book in my new apple iphone is acting up " the chargers I have don't work with the new phone ..I think that short of the " dog ate my phone " I heard everything. i had to fire him and than rehire him and communications got a bit better. I hired Mr. Herron to negotiate a separation and a severance pay from my employer , it had taken about three months and two or three short letters and his chit chating with my employer's attorney to negotiate an extra month of pay over what I was offered by my employer without any negotiation on my part. I did all the legwork and brought to the table some strong witnesses and strong evidence to support my case with which he had done absolutely nothing of substance , My employer's attorney manged to discourage him with some "evidence " that any person with a head on his/her shoulder could clearly see were a hearsay and completely irrelevant. He was quick though to charge me upfront 1500.00 that got me nowhere . If you want a nice person , Jeff is your man , if you need a real attorney stay away.
