In that role, he provided full legal support to the executive committee of the corporation, including areas such as litigation, health care law and personnel decisions. He also managed all outside litigation on behalf of the corporation. After several years away from litigation, Eric determined that his passion was in the courtroom fighting on behalf of his clients.
Eric attended the University of Michigan, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994, with a major in political science. During his time at Michigan, he was elected to serve as the President of the Undergraduate Political Science Association. Eric graduated from the Wayne State University Law School, with honors, in 1998.
Eric is admitted to practice in every court in the State of Michigan, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
