Jeff Herron is a one man show , his communication skills with clients ( and I can only speak from my experience with him) are poor at best . I never thought that I would hear lame excuses from a mature person much less a professional attorney for not returning my calls as I have heard from him , " ...my cell phone died " my address book in my new apple iphone is acting up " the chargers I have don't work with the new phone ..I think that short of the " dog ate my phone " I heard everything. i had to fire him and than rehire him and communications got a bit better. I hired Mr. Herron to negotiate a separation and a severance pay from my employer , it had taken about three months and two or three short letters and his chit chating with my employer's attorney to negotiate an extra month of pay over what I was offered by my employer without any negotiation on my part. I did all the legwork and brought to the table some strong witnesses and strong evidence to support my case with which he had done absolutely nothing of substance , My employer's attorney manged to discourage him with some "evidence " that any person with a head on his/her shoulder could clearly see were a hearsay and completely irrelevant. He was quick though to charge me upfront 1500.00 that got me nowhere . If you want a nice person , Jeff is your man , if you need a real attorney stay away.
