I retained Nick when i was blindsided in a custody battle. Nick was very informative and very percise in his strategy and execution. He prepared my case very well. We won our first appeal. The other party objected and we were set for a de novo hearing however we won on technicality (other lawyers inc...ompetence) which was ok with me because he put my son first and did not gamble although he could have easily won. Bottom line is he is a very smart and very committed. I know this will be one of many battles and i will plan on retaining him in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone. You want a lawyer that's going to be prepared and it was very strategic with his game plan.

I hired Nick for my case regarding my son's father with custody, parenting time and child support. He surpassed my expectations as a lawyer and got me everything I wanted and then some. As with many, this was my first experience hiring a lawyer. I was facing a DUI with an over intox. Of course I was both and stressed and embarrassed. Nick made me feel comfortable, was great at communicating and letting me know what to expect. He helped prepare me for my pretrial conference by pro...actively recommending classes that may be required but were also beneficial. My pretrial went better than I ever expected and my charges were reduced to an OWVI. My sentencing again proved what great counsel Nick was as I received no probation and the judge was satisfied with what Nick had recommended for classes. While this is not something I would ever want to go through again, Nick made it a pleasant and educational experience. Nick may be a younger lawyer with a bit less experience than some, but his execution and advice was flawless. I would recommend him to anyone who is going through a difficult time and needs legal counsel.

Nick was incredibly professional and was able to accommodate my financial situation as well. I was facing charges that would have resulted in a misdemeanor offense. The prosecutor had no intention of letting me go easy. However Nick was able to drop the charges down to a civil infraction and my recor...d was left spotless.
