Bryon was a huge help to us when our child made some bad choices and got in trouble with the law. Not only did he represent us well in court but also he knew the law so well that he even had to teach the prosecutor and judge a few things. The judge seemed impressed with Bryon’s knowledge of the law, and stated that he did an excellent job. Bryon was extremely professional and explained the proceedings in a way that our seventeen year old could understand, and I really feel that he saved our child from having a permanent record. Ultimately, Bryon was a personable and down to earth guy who seemed truly concerned about our daughter’s well-being. I would highly recommend Bryon to anyone who needs outstanding legal counsel.

met with this attorney for guidance in a possible eviction. He was very arrogant and stated from the beginning he represents many landlords, so I knew off the bat, he would not be on my side. Each time I would address a question to him, he in turn would say I don't have a case. I presented photos of hazards around my condo, but he was less than interested. In the end he told me, come up with the money owed, and pay your landlord. Have a nice day. note to self, do not aquire Mr. Kelley for questions or consultation. He is not helpful.

I hired Bryon back in 2010 for a divorce/custody case that should have been relatively straightforward. I initially decided to hire Bryon after a handful of other attorney consultations because he came off as a decent human being that understood the emotions as well as the realities of a divorce situation with children involved. My ex husband and I decided to have as amicable of a divorce as possible but once Bryon got involved it quickly became clear that earning money while throwing dirt and kicking the "opposing" party while they are down sat atop his list of priorities. Bryon essentially insulted the judge with his pathetic and unethical accusations against my ex husband that not only hurt our children but gave my ex's attorney a strongarm to make us look foolish in court and Bryon clearly had no backup plan in case his dirty efforts went awry. Thankfully, my ex husband and I have gone back to the Oakland County court system to rectify our custody order and fix the damage that Bryon had caused. Need a family law attorney? Steer clear of this guy.

I endorse this lawyer. I've known and worked with Bryon Kelley for a number of years. He is extremely knowledgeable in many areas of the law. He has always treated his clients with courtesy and respect. Mr. Kelley takes pride in meeting with client's face to face. He does not send a junior attorney to cover his hearings and deals with each client's case personally. I would highly recommend Mr. Kelley to anyone with a need for an attorney.
