Bryon K. Kelley

Bryon Kelley was a terrible lawyer for a simple child support/custody case my husband and I hired him for. Every time his office had to send paperwork to the court, it was riddled with errors. Their negligence in notifying the other party of the court dates caused delay after delay. They paid no a...ttention to detail. Even after being his client for over a year, he still managed to misspell my husband's (very simple) name in emails. He fear mongered us into settling with my husband's ex over custody related to their son, telling us if it went before a judge, it would cost thousands of more in legal fees and we'd risk the judge actually giving us less time with his son than what we already had. He never advocated for us against her lawyer or with the court, only wanted to ensure the case was settled as quickly and for as little work as possible. He does not look out for the best interest of his clients or their children. I would not recommend him for child custody cases.

I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication that Bryon showed while working on my case. Bryon was available to me when I had questions or concerns, and was always honest about what I could expect. Due to his efforts and expertise, I was always prepared for court and never surprised by the outcome.... The office staff was always courteous and willing to help in any way they could. While I would never wish divorce on anyone, I hope that anyone forced to endure this process has someone on whom they can depend and trust. I found that in the team at Kelley and Evanchek.

Bryon was a huge help to us when our child made some bad choices and got in trouble with the law. Not only did he represent us well in court but also he knew the law so well that he even had to teach the prosecutor and judge a few things. The judge seemed impressed with Bryon’s knowledge of the law, ...and stated that he did an excellent job. Bryon was extremely professional and explained the proceedings in a way that our seventeen year old could understand, and I really feel that he saved our child from having a permanent record. Ultimately, Bryon was a personable and down to earth guy who seemed truly concerned about our daughter’s well-being. I would highly recommend Bryon to anyone who needs outstanding legal counsel.

First off, Bryon was absolutely down to earth the first time I talked to him on the telephone. This is important to me. I wanted to be a client that my attorney knew, not simply client # 14-209 in the computer system. He was able to explain things and provide recommendations in a way that I unders...tood. He provided insight and did a great job of guiding me to an outcome that was best for me based on what I had indicated I really wanted.
