Honest and dedicated

I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication that Bryon showed while working on my case. Bryon was available to me when I had questions or concerns, and was always honest about what I could expect. Due to his efforts and expertise, I was always prepared for court and never surprised by the outcome.... The office staff was always courteous and willing to help in any way they could. While I would never wish divorce on anyone, I hope that anyone forced to endure this process has someone on whom they can depend and trust. I found that in the team at Kelley and Evanchek.

Confident, Capable, Excellent Lawyer.

When it was clear I needed a divorce I sought interviews with as many attorneys as I could. I had a number of important criteria and expectations. Bryon Kelley immediately struck me as they guy I needed to work with. And not because his office is a penthouse in Southfield, but because I could instant...ly tell he was a normal, down-to-earth guy that wanted to know me, understand my issues, and help me navigate the difficult and painful process. He kept me informed of every nuance along the way, offered advice that made sense, explained some of the ugly issues and advised me of a stance I should consider (even if I didn't like it at first) so that, in the end, surprises were mitigated and the healing could begin without a strong, lingering pain. Other lawyers I consulted seemed to see me as a pocket-book. Bryon Kelley treated me like a person that was scared and in need of help from the first to the last day of the process. It's pretty clear that he and his partner are doing their best to provide a counter-example to the numerous lawyer jokes we all hear around the water cooler.

This Attorney is Great

I have used Bryon Kelley and John Evanchek for over 5 years. They have been a great pair to have work on my divorce and my on going custody. Very trustworthy and have always had the best interest of my child at heart. That is probably one of the most overlooked things about a attorney. Most divorces ...are very heated(mine was) but no matter how angry I was over something my ex did, they would always bring me back to what was really important and that was my child. A lot of lawyers will fight for whatever you pay them to fight for. These two have a moral standard and prefer to deal with the relevant issues. Though I don't always win in court. Something I blame on my idiot Wayne County Judge. I don't ever blame Bryon or John. They have both helped me learn patience and a understanding that in the end the money, and the property are trivial in comparison with the time with my child. Thanks Bryon and John for always being there and always thinking of what is best for my child. When they say attorney and counselor, sometimes I needed the counseling more, to get me back on track and to not let a spiteful ex get the best of me. I am a much different man then I was 5 years ago and I owe much of what I have learned to Bryon and John.

Relationship: Co-worker

"I endorse this lawyer. I've known and worked with Bryon Kelley for a number of years. He is extremely knowledgeable in many areas of the law. He has always treated his clients with courtesy and respect. Mr. Kelley takes pride in meeting with client's face to face. He does not send a junior attorney to cover his hearings and deals with each client's case personally. I would highly recommend Mr. Kelley to anyone with a need for an attorney."
