David Michael Bogard

Absolute worse attorney. I've paid for multiple cases with David and he is a cocky arrogant condescending attorney. He will force whatever he feel is a good deal and will settle if it means anymore work from himself. I had a DUI in Wayne county he wanted me to take the first deal of 6 months in count...y jail with drug court. When I told him I didn't want the deal he was angry and said "well you said as long as it's not prison time" and tried to force me to take the deal. I fought for myself in every case he had of mine. He is garbage don't do it. He stops where he feels his dollar stops

I used Mr. Bogard a couple years ago for a post divorce parenting time action against me. Believe me I have been dragged back to court many times and used many different lawyers. Dave was by far the best attorney I have ever had. Fair, straight-forward and actually listened. I would highly recommend ...Dave, and do whenever given the chance. It is hard to find a decent lawyer, Dave stands far above the rest.

Mr. Bogard is an excellent divorce attorney. I have referred two others to his practice since my divorce and will continue to do so. Not having gone through a divorce before, I was very nervous. Within 5 minutes of our conversation, Mr. Bogard put my worries at ease; walking me through the process... from beginning to end on what to expect and any possible alternative outcomes. My divorce went very smoothly all the way through. Mr. Bogard was always professional, prompt and organized. I found his pricing to be what I thought was fair, based on what other people have told me they have paid in the past on attorney fees. As I stated in the beginning of my review, I would recommend this lawyer for not only a divorce case, but also on any other matter where professional counseling is needed. My next step with Mr. Bogard will be Will and Testament.

He is very knowledgable, he keeps you informed about the status of your case, and he is always available to answer... any questions you may have. He always either took my call on the spot, or he got back with me in a very reasonable time, I never had to worry about catching the answering machine, someone always took my call. His legal assistant, Amy, is very helpful as well. The entire office is extremely nice and friendly! I cannot thank him enough for the work he has done for me.
