David Michael Bogard

Absolute worse attorney. I've paid for multiple cases with David and he is a cocky arrogant condescending attorney. He will force whatever he feel is a good deal and will settle if it means anymore work from himself. I had a DUI in Wayne county he wanted me to take the first deal of 6 months in count...y jail with drug court. When I told him I didn't want the deal he was angry and said "well you said as long as it's not prison time" and tried to force me to take the deal. I fought for myself in every case he had of mine. He is garbage don't do it. He stops where he feels his dollar stops

I used Mr. Bogard a couple years ago for a post divorce parenting time action against me. Believe me I have been dragged back to court many times and used many different lawyers. Dave was by far the best attorney I have ever had. Fair, straight-forward and actually listened. I would highly recommend ...Dave, and do whenever given the chance. It is hard to find a decent lawyer, Dave stands far above the rest.
