I used Mr. Bogard a couple years ago for a post divorce parenting time action against me. Believe me I have been dragged back to court many times and used many different lawyers. Dave was by far the best attorney I have ever had. Fair, straight-forward and actually listened. I would highly recommend ...Dave, and do whenever given the chance. It is hard to find a decent lawyer, Dave stands far above the rest.

I found his pricing to be what I thought was fair, based on what other people have told me they have paid in the past on attorney fees. As I stated in the beginning of my review, I would recommend this lawyer for not only a divorce case, but also on any other matter where professional counseling is needed.
