Biography
Jakub's legal practices focuses on family-based immigrant visas, fiancee visas, same sex marriage-based visas, complex naturalization matters, unlawful presence waivers, change of status cases and many more. Jakub has a diverse international background, having lived in Poland and Spain.
At the Wayne State University Law School, Jakub was a member of the Immigration Law Clinic which he completed with honors. He also gained valuable experience at the Wayne County Third Circuit Court and at the Wayne County Corporation Counsel.
