Posted by Sandra | July 08, 2022 | Hired Attorney

I knew from our first conversation, that he was the right attorney for me!

I had asked questions on several law boards, but his answers to my questions let me know that he was not just a "Hire me, and leave me alone" kind of lawyer. He is very careful to give you all scenarios, and all of the information, setbacks, and expectations that you could possibly encounter during y...our claim. When you call him, he actually gets on the phone. He doesn't pass you off to his secretary, and not bother talking to you himself. If he IS busy, or perhaps in court, his staff is very courteous, will take a message, and let you know when you can expect a return call. When he does speak with you, he answers all questions and concerns, and never makes you feel rushed, or like you can't ask him something. He never makes you feel like any question is "stupid", or something that you shouldn't have asked. We are not even done with my claim yet, but if for some reason I am not approved, it certainly will NOT be for his lack of trying. He keeps me informed, and also checks on me from time to time, whether by phone or by email, which I appreciate very much. He did not sugar coat the amount of time that my claim could take, and has been with me every step of the way. His service, kindness, and professionalism is so much better that any attorney that I have ever dealt with, and I would highly recommend him to ANYONE who needs a great lawyer!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
