I have a medical condition which required multiple high-risk surgeries in 2021. I was informed going in, that there was at least a 50/50 chance that I may become disabled as a result of the surgeries. Thankfully, the surgeries addressed life-threatening issues, but I have become disabled since havin...g them. I started the process of applying for SSD (Social Security Disability) on my own in 2021.
