I was losing my ability to walk and didn’t know why. After several neurological tests it became clear I was headed towards disability. I have a medical condition which required multiple high-risk surgeries in 2021. Everyone who answered my question advised me to retain counsel, but not everyone has $3-5000,00 lying around to spend on a divorce that is uncontested with no children, assets or property. Mr. Maitland was the only attorney to advise me to contact the Florida Bar and request pro bono services if pos...sible. His specialty isn't even family law and he took the time to message me without indicating that, "If you insist on conducting legal appendectomy on yourself."
