Initially I posted a question on AVVO. Kelli responded very promptly, providing accurate, specific feedback regarding technical and complicated questions and concerns I was trying to work through regarding pre-foreclosure and sale of our home. I had applied for and was denied loan modifications for ...our home 3 times in one year. I was struggling with how to move forward.
