I cannot express enough how very much Kelli Meeks was awesome at her job! I was very nervous and had avoided filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I felt very uncertain about the process and in general was beating myself up over getting into this type of situation, and was just anxious about it overall. But I... found her reviewed on this site, and figured I would call for a consultation. She was very prompt, professional and caring throughout the whole process. She was efficient with submitting my paperwork, and was very helpful throughout the process. I always felt she truly cared about me and that my case was important to her, that I was not just another paycheck, her genuine care and concern really made a difference. Even before the actual day in court she phoned me ahead of time to advise me on what I would except. The process went very quickly in my case, and when I was at the courthouse wherein I had to speak with the treasurer, with her, as the last part of my case, I was so happy with my choice. For as I sat there I watched other people being called with their lawyers for the same process and some of them it seemed to me were with big firms, thus on the day some didn't have that personal relationship with their lawyer and I imagine that would make another stressful and scary situation worse. I also noted that some were not nearly as prepared as Kelli and I. I remember thinking, "Gosh I am so glad I chose her, not only is she on top of things and very professional, but she also really cares, Even though I am still nervous I know she is much better than a lot of these other peoples lawyers here today!" After that she was prompt with the last details, such as when I was to except my letter from court, and advised me that I should keep this forever, and that should any debt collectors ever further contact me about the matter I have my letter as proof that my debt was discharged. Overall, she kept me informed very promptly and efficiently in each step of the process, she answered all my questions, and helped advise me with any concerns I had considering this matter. I cannot say enough how positive my experience was, and that is because of her. She made all the difference! Afterwards, I felt so glad that one, I had read someone else's review about her, on Avvo, because that is what prompted me to call her, and my what a great choice she was. Thanks for the great work Kelli Meeks, I will make sure to recommend your services to anyone I meet, for you made this scary process so much better than I could have thought.
