NIW approval

I contacted with EP for my NIW application and Andrew was assigned as my lawyer. I impressed with his job for preparing my application. I got my approval few days earlier without any RFE. That says, the legal brief and all the documents required were kind of full proof and well organized.

NIW-140 approval

I am so pleased that my NIW-I140 was approved after getting RFE! RFE at the beginning looks scary but I would say picking up a good team could change the result. I absolutely recommend Ellis Porter's group and Andy Ingebritson as my attorney, who helped me prepare a strong and comprehensive response ...for my NIW very fast and professionally. Though I already knew my case was not strong enough, Andy and Celia did their best to make the approval happen, and “it happened”. During preparing the RFE response, both Andy and Celia were always open to my comments/suggestions which I feel like this makes them distinguished from other attorney groups, they pay attention to the client’s concerns and prepare the case/response specifically based on the individual condition. It was a great experience to work with Andy, so I decided to file my I-485 also with them.

EB2-NIW and EB-1A petition

I had the pleasure of working with attorney Andy Ingebritson and his paralegal Emily Kirk at Ellis Porter to file my EB2-NIW and EB-1A petitions. During the initial counseling for my NIW petition, Andy and his team correctly advised me to choose the expedited option based on the strength of my overal...l credentials and citation record. When we started working together to prepare the NIW case, Andy’s instructions regarding the supporting documentation was easy to follow and his response to my queries were prompt. My NIW petition was approved without the need for additional evidence and I chose to retain Andy’s services for my EB1-A petition. I was extremely impressed by Andy’s intelligence and professionalism throughout the process of preparing and filing my EB-1A petition. In particular, the recommendation letters prepared by Andy and his team highlighted the benefits of work, which I believe was instrumental in building a strong case and my EB-1A petition was recently approved without the need for any additional evidence. I highly recommend working with Andy and his team at Ellis Porter.

Best NIW Lawyer

I worked with Andy on my I-140. He and his team always answered all my questions completely with references to the law. They not only answered my messages during the weekends but tried to guide me through not relevant questions ( about my friend's case). He spent a lot of time and linked all my ev...idence together from different majors I studied ( BSand MSin material science, MBA, and Ph.D. in Systems) to prepare a successful case. Now I am working with his team on my I-485.

The best in the business

Initially, I approached Ellis Porter and a different attorney located in Ann Arbor for my EB1A I-140 petition. Ellis Porter was confident in my case and offered me a full refund in case of denial for my EB1 petition, whereas the other attorney told me to file after some years. Before signing the reta...iner, Ellis Porter was generous and humble in addressing all my questions and fears. Andrew Ingebritson from Ellis Porter handled my case diligently and efficiently. Andrew Ingebritson and his paralegal, Stephen Lin, were always responsive, fast, and punctual throughout the process, and they knew what they were doing. All the documents were prepared by them meticulously and without any delay. In various instances, whenever I had confusion, Andy always cleared it off with elaborate, clear, and concrete information. To be honest, I never had any telephone conversation with Andy until a week before shipping my final petition package. After submitting the petition using the premium processing option, I got an RFE from a tough USCIS officer who had issued several NOIDs and denials. Andy was very confident in my case and brushed off the RFE as a very easy thing to handle. But, I overanalyzed and overthought, and requested Andy to include unnecessary and unasked evidence to strengthen my case. Andy made lots of efforts to convince me not to include any extra evidence and assured me to take the whole responsibility if my petition gets denied. I trusted his professional advice and years of experience in dealing with my RFE. He respectfully argued using USCIS’s own clause to address the RFE, and finally, my petition got accepted. I was pleased and thrilled to hear the news, and I plan to retain Ellis Porter for my adjustment of status. Overall, Andy is outstanding and has enormous knowledge and experience to build a strong case. He makes all the efforts to walk the extra mile to win his clients’ trust and make sure the petition is successful. I highly recommend Andy to anybody who wants a peaceful and assured process.
