For O-1A petition approval, a candidate must satisfy at least 3 of the 8 eligibility criteria identified by USCIS. Andy was able to prepare a strong petition so that my candidacy could satisfy 4 of the 8 eligibility criteria. We submitted the EB-1A petition in April 2021 and the I-140 got approved in Nov 2022. Based on the documents collected for the O-1A petition such as recommendation letters, career summary etc, Andy was able to put forward a strong petition for the I-140 of EB-1A. USCIS approved the I-140 in Nov 2022 sooner than what we were expecting for the current processing times.
