NIW ( EB-2) ( I-140 approval)

On January 16, 2024, I received approval for my I-140 petition, filed by USCIS on August 2, 2023—five months after filing the petition. I-140 APPROVAL

Outstanding imigration attorney and NIW sevices

I have had chances to work with Andy and his paralegals Steve and later Celia for my NIW petition. The whole process was simple, smooth and crystal clear.
