Andy earned my 5 stars for guiding me through the process from beginning to end being as transparent and candid to the full process. He gave me options to save the additional costs for premium processing although it was my choice to choose this for peace of mind. Andy kept on checking my progr...ess and status preparing the case letters to file the application in a timely manner without delays providing responses to questions and clarifications in a timely manner. All answers responded within 24-48 hrs max. There was no RFE (request for evidence) with the set of template paperwork ready for review, preparation and submission of the case.
