I entrusted this attorney to guide and represent me during a particularly devastating emotional period in my life. Although she confidently reassured me during this process that I would be financially protected, in the end several years later I am having to renegotiate parts of the agreement that l...eft me financially at risk in the future and did not include some very simple safeguards. I believe a young law student or I myself could have done a better job. I would describe her as all bravado and less knowledge and substance.

This attorney did nothing more than collect money and bill for services not rendered. She was unprepared, lost important documents, did not show for court appearances and did not make sure that important documents and pieces of settlement were filed and completed officially. So, I am left to hire att...orneys to finish what she did not finish and what I had paid her for.

Achla took a very complicated custody and child support case and did an amazing job organizing everything and making the court understand the issues and was an amazing advocate for me and my children. She explained everything so well to me and was fantastic in the courtroom. Perfect demeanor and ke...pt me regularly updated.

Achla is an outstanding lawyer! She stayed on top of everything with my case and was always 3 steps ahead of the opposing counsel. She and her staff are extremely knowledgable and kept me informed of every matter along the way. Going through a custody battle is very difficult and emotional, Achla and... her team showed compassion from beginning to end. Achla guided me through the process and helped me to navigate through the issues that matterred most to me. Her skills have allowed me to give my children a steady home life with continuity while still having a relationship with the other parent. I had a lot of questions throughout the year and she was very quick to answer every email and phone call. I highly recommend Achla to anyone going through a custody battle and/or divorce.

Definitely would not recommend this attorney. Tremendous lack of knowledge of marital law. Consistently out-maneuvered in the courtroom by my husband's attorney. The marital judge actually asked her to stop talking on a number of occasions. Made numerous mistakes in the courtroom during various m...otions for which the judge corrected her. Ineffective in mediation and unconvincing to the mediator. Overall, outclassed by my husband's attorney by a huge margin.
