Biography
I have been practicing law in the Ann Arbor area for over 30 years. My areas of practice include estate planning, probate, family law, and real estate. I have chosen to only focus on these areas to provide excellent legal services. I am a third generation lawyer. My grandfather began practicing law in the Ann Arbor area in 1910 and served as the Washtenaw County prosecutor. My father was the Ann Arbor city attorney. I am active in my community having served on the boards of the Washtenaw County Bar Association, the Child Care Network as its Treasurer and am a former president of the Dexter Rotary Club. I volunteer my time to mentor college students, assist with the community garden, deliver produce for a local food bank and generally help out where needed.

Not Helpful
Mr. Fahrner may have been a good attorney at one time but be is not helpful once he draws up your documents! He prepared my parents documents and rarely returned my calls or emails. Twice when I contacted him for questions he would ask me if I could call him back because “he was on vacation” or bec...
