The very best attorney!

Attorney Dan Geherin helped my son clearly understand the predicament he found himself in a year ago. He was arrested on 2 felony charges so it was very serious! We were living a nightmare. Dan helped us stay confident during the entire year long process. I was sure of my son’s innocence and afte...r one phone call with Dan I felt he did too. I knew immediately he was the right attorney for him. He continuously tried to keep our spirits up.....while always making sure we understood the seriousness of the situation and how the legal process works, as the case moved thru the system. Last week our nightmare ended!!!! All charges were dropped!! We will forever be in debt to you Dan! We could never thank you enough! If you need an attorney......hire Dan Geherin! He will not disappoint.

Misdemeanor reduced

I called a few lawyers before Dan, however he was the only lawyer that could name the prosecutor for the township without having to look it up. Dan really took the time to hear me out and went to battle for me. I was originally charged with open intox a misdemeanor. I am going to school to be a nurse..., therefore it was crucial I had it reduced or I would have to completely change career paths. Dan did an awesome job and got it reduced to a civil infraction. I am so grateful I went with him.

I could not be happier with my decision to hire Dan Geherin Law. I felt a big sense of relief after our very first conversation. Dan is knowledgeable, understanding, and direct with no judgyness. I attempted a administrative review on my own. I'm a fairly smart guy, but I got it all wrong. After I wa...s denied, I contacted Dan to facilitate my appeal. He jumped right in and showed me how to make my evidence and documents the most effective. He detailed all the hurdles I should expect, and coached me on how to overcome them. With Dan on my team I was able to attend my video hearing with the confidence needed to convince the hearing officer that I am worthy of a license. I would highly recommend Dan Geherin Law to anyone in need of license restoration.

The Best

Dan was phenomenal in helping me thru the lowest point of my life. He kept me informed throughout the process, was easily accessible at all times (our first conversation was @ 9pm on a Sunday), and is an all-around great guy. He's clearly experienced in criminal defense/DUI & DWI, and for a first tim...e offender, being represented by someone who very obviously knows what they're doing relieved a lot of worries & uncertainties. I was charged with an OWI with a BAC of 0.15, and Dan flawlessly relayed to the court the steps that I had taken to better myself prior to sentencing. Ultimately, Dan's work resulted in my charge being dropped to an OWVI and my probation sentence being decreased from 18 months to 12 months. Dan definitely helped me make the best out of a bad situation, so I would recommend his firm to anyone.

Dan helped me get my juvenile record expunged!

14 years ago I was hanging around with the wrong group and got myself into some unfortunate circumstances, resulting in a 2nd degree felony as a minor. Since then I've had this dark cloud following me around, hindering me from succeeding to my best potential. The is where Dan and his team stepped in ...and provided me some peace of mind! He let me know about the possibility of getting this charge expunged, and ultimately did just that! I would highly recommend Dan for any type of Criminal Defense. His process was painless and I knew that he would do anything in his power to help. I felt informed, educated and comfortable from start to finish. Great guy and very professional!
