Felony Case Plead to Misdemeanor and Probation

Dan was amazing to work with from day one. He was the first lawyer I contacted about my case, and after shopping around the price and experience practicing law won me over. I started with an active arrest warrant on a felony charge, and within a day of hiring Dan the warrant was dismissed and pap...erwork was filed to get me in front of a judge. From there on, I was walked through each step, advised on my best options and ended up with a misdemeanor, some probation, and community service. This man helped me avoid 5 years in prison and $10,000 in fines. I won't be going anywhere else for any future legal advice or services.

Dan The Man

If you value honesty and transparency this is the lawyer for you. Dan was excellent in trial and shows passion for his clients in and out of the courtroom. With his years of experience he outlines your personal options and his profesional recommendation based on the terms of your case. In my own... situation he dealt with my stress and uncertanty with blunt honesty, in a way that actually helped. He always reminded me to check in with him if I have any concerns and would listen when I brought them up. I highly recommend his legal services to anyone in need of counsel.

Excellent communicator & trustworthy - Highly Recommend

It was my first time going through a legal process, but Dan was informative, quick to respond, and straightforward/transparent about the situation. He was very knowledgeable, especially in DUI//OWI cases, and has an excellent relationships with the Judges/prosecutors and officers. During the process,... Dan and her assistant prepared and represented me with excellent care. Highly Recommend! Look no further for DUI representation!

I retained Geherin Law Group's services after being arrested for a suspected DUI in Washtenaw County. After placing a lot of calls to other Lawyers in the area, I spoke with Dan Geherin whose knowledge of the SE Michigan court systems, Judges, Officers/Troopers as well as other cases similar to mine ...were apparent after our first call. Dan is a straight shooter, which I appreciated. I felt cared about as his client. Unlike other attorneys I spoke to who out of the gate suggested I take a plea and move on with my life, Dan examined all facts of my case closely, including the video of the stop, and presented me with facts and his opinion on the problems with the stop and the probability on whether the Judge assigned would also see those issues as problematic. With facts Dan presented, I chose to roll the dice and go to court. Ultimately, the Judge decided in my favor given the issues Dan identified with the stop and I received the best possible outcome which I'll be forever grateful to Dan for. Over the course of many court appearances via Zoom where I witnessed many other attorneys representing their clients, it was very clear that Dan is highly respected within the legal community and Ann Arbor District courts. Stephanie was also always helpful when I called, timely in responding and very pleasant. I highly recommend Geherin Law Group if you are in need of Defense representation. You won't regret it.
