Reduced anxiety and clear communication

I was arrested for OWI. Within two weeks of the arrest, I contacted three lawyers and Dan responded right away. Dan was clear in laying out the timeline of the case, told me what to expect at every step, and didn't sugarcoat anything. He made it clear that my clean prior history would be beneficial t...o my case, but wouldn't get me free and clear. The biggest benefit for me in hiring Dan was reducing my anxiety about the unknown. This was my first-time offense and I had no clue what to expect. He used his many years of experience working within the Washtenaw judicial system to lay out what to expect and what I could do to help reduce sentencing or possibly reduce the charge. He was patient with me. Gave plenty of opportunities to ask questions on any aspect of my case. Following Dan's counsel, we were able to get a reduced charge to Operating While Visually Impaired and a favorable sentence. I will be following up with Dan when I am eligible to get this charge expunged from my record.

Our kid made a BIG mistake

It was extremely upsetting when we found that our kid made a big mistake that could jeopardize their future. We were amazed how Dan was able to walk us through the process. He gave us options and possible outcomes of choices we had to make. I believe Dan advocated for our kid by having their best i...nterest at heart. He helped us to make the best decisions possible. It would be very difficult to navigate this process without Dan's help and are thankful to have worked with him.
