OWI High BAC No priors

The day after my arrest I began frantically searching for a lawyer. I called Dan right away and within a few hours we had a consultation over the phone which was free of charge. He explained to me what exactly these charges meant and exactly what I had to do to help my situation. Needless to say I hi...red him immediately. I had just turned 21 only 4 months prior to my arrest and was attending beauty school at the time and Dan was kind enough to give me a student discount. I followed his instructions and in return Dan worked hard to get the best deal possible for me. My charges were dropped down to impaired driving! It was a difficult process to go through and a lesson I chose to learn the hard way. But if you ever find yourself in a similar situation don’t hesitate to call Dan. I honestly can’t thank him enough.

Dan was helpful, understanding, and to the point.

Dan, his Executive Paralegal, Stephanie, and everyone at his firm were extraordinarily helpful in assisting me in getting my license back. When I started the process, I didn’t have a clue what I was doing, and they were there every step of the way. Whenever I was uncertain what the future held, after... a quick call with Dan or Stephanie, I was reassured that I was in the best possible hands. I was able to get my license back on my first try, and I’m confident that this was due to Dan’s detailed knowledge of the process, straight-to-the-point attitude, and hard work. Excellent communicator & trustworthy - Highly Recommend

It was my first time going through a legal process, but Dan was informative, quick to respond, and straightforward/transparent about the situation. He was very knowledgeable, especially in DUI//OWI cases, and has an excellent relationships with the Judges/prosecutors and officers. During the process,... Dan and her assistant prepared and represented me with excellent care. Extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful - Highly reccommend

As a parent of a teenager who had no previous legal issues we were faced with an extremely scary situation. During this time I truly appreciated the support compassion we received from Dan and his team. Dan was confident and assertive while remaining supportive and caring in conversations with bot...h me and my son. His knowledge and experience were evident in how he handled the case which truly helped put us at ease. Drivers License Restoration Hearing

Mr. Geherin is very knowledgeable and makes you feel like you can truly trust him. He has your best interest and is very timely to call back if you do not get through on the first call or email. Stephanie is amazing as well she was very attentive to any questions and would relay any messages or quest...ions I had if Mr.Geherin was in a meeting. They are an amazing team and I am more than glad I chose them to represent me. From the first phone call I made to the office I knew I would pick Mr.Geherin.
