I honestly can't find the words to fully express my gratitude for Dan and the outstanding service he provided. Knowledgeable and Reliable

I can’t stress enough the need to hire an attorney if you are attempting to get your license back. And I can’t recommend Dan enough. He spends the time to explain the whole process for you before you even hire him. He is so knowledgeable on the whole process and he put me at ease the entire way. He ...has had hearings with all the hearing officers and his experience really shows. Having a drivers license is such a huge privilege and the state does not take that lightly. You need Dan in your corner. He made sure I was doing what I needed in order to be granted that privilege back. He lays out all the documents and steps you need to be granted a hearing and thoroughly preps you for what to expect at the hearing. His executive assistant is nothing short of amazing as well. She is so responsive to calls, emails, and is constantly on top of the whole process so it continues to move forward. Do not risk a hearing on your own no matter how well you think you are doing or how much you think you deserve a license back.

Easy to work with

From the moment I reached out to Dan, he had laid everything out in black and white and gave me an honest opinion when I was trying to get my license back (was I doing the necessary things that showed I wanted to be a responsible driver to appeal in front of a judge). I was and from there on out he k...new every step, ran through prep before court so I would be blindsided and continued to work with me when the judge wanted more evidence (was a brand new judge). His fee for additional litigation was responsible and we wrapped it up. He is very through and his assistant Marti emailed me back EVERY SINGE TIME within 15 mins if not immediately. I had to work with one other lawyer in my life who would email/call back for days and that made my nerves go through the roof leading up to court. You won’t get that here. Highly recommended.

Outstanding! Lifted out-of-state hold on revoked license

My drivers license had been permanently revoked in MI for many years which made it impossible to get license in the state I currently reside. Dan and Marti represented me and walked me through the appeal process step by step, right up to through the appeal hearing. Hearing went well, the hold was r...emoved the following day, and I was able to get a clear Florida drivers license.

Best man for the job

I needed to hire an attorney to get a driver's license back after a very long period of time. I hired Mr. Geherin and explained my dilemma.
