Knowledgeable and Reliable

I can’t stress enough the need to hire an attorney if you are attempting to get your license back. And I can’t recommend Dan enough. He spends the time to explain the whole process for you before you even hire him. He is so knowledgeable on the whole process and he put me at ease the entire way. He ...has had hearings with all the hearing officers and his experience really shows. Having a drivers license is such a huge privilege and the state does not take that lightly. You need Dan in your corner. He made sure I was doing what I needed in order to be granted that privilege back. He lays out all the documents and steps you need to be granted a hearing and thoroughly preps you for what to expect at the hearing. His executive assistant is nothing short of amazing as well. She is so responsive to calls, emails, and is constantly on top of the whole process so it continues to move forward. Do not risk a hearing on your own no matter how well you think you are doing or how much you think you deserve a license back.

Outstanding law office!

Dan and Marti expertly handled my license reinstatement hearing and interlock removal. Initially, I was hesitant about seeking counsel as I was reasonably confident about my chances. However, even if I had known the case would be approved, I would use their firm again without hesitation . Here's... why: they have experience with support letter requirements, documentation consistency, interlock reports, and questions that would be asked. Dan prepared me with calls and mock practices; on the hearing date Dan fielded many of the questions and helped make the overall experience less intimidating. Their team provided realistic timelines and expectations; they have knowledge of the different hearing officers and a great read of what it takes for a favorable outcome. I was completely terrified and lost as to how to go about knowing what to do when I received a Show Case Hearing from the Secretary of State for possibly Violating my driving restrictions. I had searched and reviewed many lawyers online with this area of experience before I finally came across Danie...l Geherin law group. I called and explained my situation and they were so kind, informative and caring. ANY questions I had were addressed instantly. I immediately knew I found the right place. Out of state license hold

My California driver's license was placed on hold, not allowing me to renew, due to a 30-year-old DUI charge in Michigan. Dan was extremely helpful in ensuring that all of the required documentation were filed properly and addressed the key issues that the Michigan S.O.S. would be looking for.
