Mr. Geherin changed my life by getting my case dismissed

I would definitely recommend Mr. Geherin! In my case my previous lawyer told me that there was no chance of winning and persuaded me to plead guilty; however, I found Mr. Geherin, and he ends up helped me get my case dismissed. He doesn't make any unnecessary promises at first, but instead patiently ...explain every possibility the case can go and works hard to do everything he can. Extremely Professional

Dan Geherin and his team were incredible every step of the way throughout a long and drawn out OWI and Implied Consent Refusal process for me over the last six months. Dan was able to help me obtain a restricted license and negotiate a very high-BAC charge down to a standard OWI with a very lenient ...sentence. Dan personally responded to my initial email inquiry within 30 minutes on a Sunday and his quick response continued throughout the entirety of my six month saga. Whether it was answering a question about an upcoming hearing, clarifying points around our defense strategy, or just listening to me complain about the slow process—Dan was always understanding, clear, and professional in every way. The best criminal representation available in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Attorney Geherin is by far the best Criminal Attorney in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He shows no mercy for the timid in the courtroom and systematically defeats the opposition. In my alleged Domestic Violence case, he had the Prosecuting Attorney assigned to the case backpedaling and fumbling for words. A...fter my not guilty verdict, the Washtenaw County Prosecutors Office left the courtroom with their tail between their legs. Attorney Geherin provides his clients with fair, compassionate, but most importantly, professional representation.

4 year old OWI minor case

I had a run in with the police in June of 2014 for an OWI as a minor, but never heard anything about it until 4 years later when I was 24. We decided to hire Dan and were extremely happy with his work. He stayed in close contact with the prosecutors allowing for us to know exactly what our options ...were. We decided to take the matter to trial. With the lateness of the charge Dan was able to to provide enough reason against the prosecutors arguments which led to my case being dismissed. Dan is professional and is very understanding of the circumstances you may find yourself in helping to put you more at ease with the way you decide to approach your problem.
