Please Don't Settle For Anything Less

I went into this not knowing what was going to happen. Dan was very clear about what I could expect. I went into this having very low expectations for my outcome. Dan did everything he could to get me the best possible income, from being there early to negotiate a plea with the prosecutor, to asking ...for a reduction in sentence. He's personable, and truly cares about your case. I certainly got my money's worth from his service, and you will too.

Fast, Friendly, and Professional Service w/GREAT Results Highly Recommended!

Exceptional DUI Lawyer

I was referred to Dan by my best friend. He represented me in a DUI case with an extremely high BAC. While this case was going on I was arrested again for another extremely high BAC. We would meet before each court date and he told me almost to the word what was going to happen that day. He's not... just a excellent lawyer, but he made me feel like we've been friends for years. He fought and got reduced charges with only a few days in jail total for BOTH cases. Communication between Dan and his team is excellent. Not only is he honest, sometimes very brutally honest. When I go to get my licence back, he will defiantly represent me. If you're in trouble do yourself a favor and hire him!

Superb

I hope you never need a criminal defense attorney, but if you do, I recommend you go straight to Daniel Geherin. We never in a million years expected to find ourselves in need of criminal defense, bud kids do the darnedest things. We were frightened and in shock when we contacted Dan's office, and he... immediately calmed us -- not with false assurances but with astute, honest advice. He was always responsive on a moment's notice, he took our many naive questions in stride, and in a highly professional, organized way he advocated successfully for our family. I hope to heaven we never need such help again, but if we did, we would go straight to Dan.Our experience could not have been better.

DUI case

Dan was excellent. Professional, great wealth of knowledge and understanding of the process and easy to get in contact with. Communication was never and issue and he and his team went above and beyond through every step of the legal process through the final ruling and now probation. He was able ...to negotiate a decrease in the charge related to the case with very favorable terms at the time of final ruling. If you have a problem with a DUI, I highly recommend Dan to help guide you through this process.
