Honest and Reliable

Dan helped me with an OWI case. This was a very scary process for me, but he agreed to help because he told me he got into this specific profession to help those who screwed up but have the WANT to change and become a better person in society. Dan was very honest about each individual aspect of what ...I was facing and what to expect. He was also very reliable in terms of being on time to court, responding to emails or phone calls, as well as checking in on me during each process I faced. After my case was considered closed, I promptly received an email confirming the outcome, what to do next and to reach out to him if I had any questions or concerns. During my court time, I was very scared of what sentence the judge would decide for me, but since I was being cooperative with my bond and probation terms up to sentencing, Dan was able to really help me by requesting the judge avoid certain punishments. Only hire this lawyer if you are willing to be 100% honest about EVERYTHING to do with your situation and if YOU are willing to change for the better yourself.

Superb!

Mr. Geherin is a consummate professional. My case involved a driver license restoration after 7 DUI's, and for all intensive purposes was hopeless. Mr. Geherin and his team organized the hearing preparation and did all the legwork necessary to make the process easy, understandable and as painless a...s possible. Drivers License Restoration

I retained Geherin Law to assist in my Drivers License appeal process to secure a Michigan Drivers license. While my case may not have been unique it was a difficult process, especially with some of the aggravating circumstances surrounding my appeal. Dan and his Legal team(Stephanie) are highly ski...lled, professional and were always available when called on. I am very happy to say that my choice to go with Geherin Law was a great move, and my appeal was successful even with the complications that I brought to the table. OWI Case

Dan Geherin handled my OWI case. Mr. Geherin did an excellent job representing me in my case and was very knowledgeable during every step of the process.
