Half Price Full Representation

Dan represented me for my second hearing with SOS Michigan during Covid. His office took care of everything. I had 11 years sober and two years on a BAIID with no violations. All the other attorneys I called were going to charge $3500. Dan cited my sobriety and 2 years on BAIID with no violations and... so he felt it unnecessary to charge that ludicrous amount to represent me. Dan prepared me in full before my hearing so that I would not be surprised by any questions tossed my way. His paralegal Stephanie is prompt, articulate, and very knowledgeable. Her organization skills paired with Dan’s superb knowledge of the law provide a recipe for success in any case. I did a lot of work to get where I am now but without the hard work of Geherin Law my license would still be in jeopardy. I highly recommend this office.

Absolutely Stellar

Dan was incredible. From the start, he was professional, punctual and kept me in the loop the entirety of my case. For a matter I thought was rather cut and dry, he reached a legal resolution that didn't even seem possible. Dan's navigation of the judicial system through his professional knowledge as... well as his interpersonal relationships with the legal community ultimately left me with a result that I don't believe any other legal professional could have reached. Overall, I'm beyond happy with the result achieved as well as the way he made the process as easy as possible for me along the way. He broke down each and every step of the judicial process down for me and went above and beyond the call of duty representing my case. I could not recommend any other lawyer more cut out for the job.

License Restoration Success

After three DUIs and an arrest for driving on a revoked license, I had lost hope of ever getting my license reinstated. Attorney Dan Geherin provided me a solution and a framework to follow that ultimately led to my license restoration. Dan's process included a great deal of preparation for my heari...ng with a Sec of State Hearing Officer. During my hearing, the HO asked questions that had I not been prepared for, I am convinced would have led to an undesirable outcome. Dan's experience with the restoration process and his familiarity with the Hearing Officers was evident, and I believe critical to my successful outcome. Dan and his team demonstrated a dedication to me that far exceeded what I expected from an attorney/client relationship. Both Dan and Paralegal Stephanie Kish always responded promptly and thoroughly to my inquiries, and more importantly, they provided me with a sense of dignity that those of us with alcohol or substance abuse issues aren't always afforded. I so am grateful I chose the Geherin Law Group and can again resume driving.

Knowledgeable in License Restoration

Mr. Geherin is very knowledgeable in license restoration. After my appeal, it seemed he has done this often and has a professional relationship with most hearing officers. With that being said he knows how each one acts and what types of questions each one asks. This is very helpful in preparing f...or your hearing. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
