I did a free consultation with Ellis Porter and Michael was assigned as my attorney in 2021 for I-140 in EB1A category. However, I could not do anything in 2021 but I always get message from Michael time to time to start processing and uploaded documents. We submitted my I-140 petition in June 2022 u...nfortunately I got RFE and later it denied after submitting RFE response. I was so disappointed, but Michael always encouraged me and suggested to resubmit my petition because he feels my application very much strong it should get approved.
