I am excited to write this review about Michael Linn. From the moment he is assigned to work with me to help prepare and file my I-140, he took ownership of it and offered all the help I needed every step of the way, including iterations on writing my career summary and personal statement both of wh...ich go into preparing my legal brief. Another important attribute I noticed is his promptness in responding to emails and to my request for clarification of important issues. A case in point was when I was trying to make a decision on expediting the processing of my I-140 application with the USCIS's premium processing. The insights he offered me as regards the date when my application was filed vis-a-vis the time I was trying to make the decision on the premium processing actually made me save $2,500. Part of his analysis then was that, considering the time after filing my case, without the premium processing, my I-140 could well be adjudicated within the timeframe the premium processing could have hastened up my application, and this turned out to be right. My I-140 was approved without the premium processing. Great job, Michael.
